1. Pick Your Weekly Miles – Set your own goal. .75 miles at a stretch to count towards the challenge.
2. Earn Points – Each mile = 1 point. Exceed your goal for extra points.
3. Proof of Completion – Share a screenshot of each session (not the full day).
4. Missed Miles Penalty – If you don’t complete your weekly miles, you lose $10 (charged only when you miss miles, no prepayment).
