Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Recruiting Technical specialist to join our team and work on the implementation, optimization, and management of the Oracle Fusion Recruiting module.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
- Create fast formulas, extensions, and workflow customizations as required.
- Should know how to configure the Candidate Experience Page (External Sourcing)
- Worked on Offer Reports and Recruiting Fast Formulas
- Have worked on Recruitment Booster and configuring Page Parsing Template
