Shift time : 2 PM – 11.30 PM IST

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Sr. Developer with hands-on experience in Java spring boot microservices, Azure CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications using Spring Boot, while leveraging Azure DevOps tools for continuous integration and delivery. Your work will be a key part of an Agile team focused on delivering high-quality software solutions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient Java-based applications using Spring Boot.
• Implement Azure CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and automation of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, ensuring efficient collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and design patterns.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications, optimizing for performance and scalability.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application functionality.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and suggest improvements to processes and tools.
• Willing to work in 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM IST shift

What you will bring:

• Strong experience in Java development with a focus on Spring Boot framework.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for building, testing, and deploying applications via CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in working with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based applications.
• Experience with version control tools, such as Git.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of Relational Databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
