Position Summary

We are looking for a talented Python Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing development team in Pune. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for building efficient back-end systems and applications using Python and related frameworks. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Python programming, experience with web frameworks, and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python applications with a focus on clean, efficient code
• Design and implement APIs and backend services using frameworks like Django and Flask
• Integrate data storage solutions and optimize database queries
• Implement automated testing to ensure code quality and reliability
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Participate in Agile development processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in Python development
• Strong proficiency in Python and understanding of its core concepts
• Experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks
• Understanding of version control systems (Git)
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field (or equivalent practical experience)
