Position: QMS Director – Electronics Manufacturing (NV1520T RM 2835)
Job Summary: The QMS Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, with a proven track record in quality management and continuous improvement.
We need profiles from the Electronics side, profiles from EMS background & SMT process.
Key Responsibilities:
QMS Development and Implementation:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent.
- Lead the creation and revision of quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ensure that the QMS is integrated into all aspects of the organization’s operations.
Quality Assurance and Control: - Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the QMS, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Oversee the resolution of quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
Compliance and Standards: - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customer requirements, and company policies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company’s QMS remains current and effective.
Team Leadership and Development: - Lead and mentor the quality team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Conduct training sessions to promote quality awareness and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Supplier and Customer Quality Management: - Collaborate with suppliers to ensure their quality systems meet company standards.
- Manage customer quality concerns and drive resolution to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction.
Reporting and Documentation: - Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to senior management.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality processes, audits, and corrective actions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, CQE) is preferred.
Experience: 18-20 years of experience in quality management within the electronics manufacturing industry, with a strong background in implementing and managing QMS.

- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies.
- Proven experience in leading audits, managing quality teams, and driving continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
