Role Description

We are hiring for a Microsoft Workspace & Power Platform Developer with expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents), Azure Services, and Microsoft Data Offerings (Dataverse & Microsoft Fabric).

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing enterprise applications, automating workflows, integrating cloud solutions, and implementing AI-driven insights using Microsoft’s ecosystem. This role requires a proactive and innovative professional who can design and develop scalable solutions that enhance productivity, streamline business processes, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Microsoft Power Platform Development
·        Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) for business automation.
·        Build complex Power Automate workflows to optimize business operations and process automation.
·        Develop custom connectors and integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party applications.
·        Implement Power BI dashboards and reports using Microsoft Fabric for real-time business intelligence and analytics.
·        Work with Power Virtual Agents to create AI-driven chatbots for internal and customer interactions.

Microsoft 365 & Workspace Development
·        Customize and extend Microsoft SharePoint Online to create digital workspaces and business solutions.
·        Develop and manage Teams Apps, Microsoft Graph API, and Office Add-ins for improved productivity and collaboration.
·        Implement Microsoft Lists, Forms, and Planner automation for business processes.

Azure Services & Cloud Solutions
·        Design and integrate Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management to extend Power Platform capabilities.
·        Work with Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics for enterprise data management.
·        Implement Azure AD authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), and security best practices.
·        Deploy applications using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform).

Microsoft Fabric & Data Management
·        Manage and optimize data models using Microsoft Dataverse for structured data storage.
·        Implement Microsoft Fabric to unify data from various sources, enabling real-time analytics and AI-driven insights.
·        Develop data pipelines, transformations, and governance models for enterprise-wide reporting and analytics.
·        Work with Azure Data Services (Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks) for large-scale data processing.
·        Ensure data security, compliance, and performance tuning across Microsoft platforms.

Governance, Security & Best Practices
·        Ensure compliance with Microsoft security and governance policies.
·        Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP), security roles, and user access controls for Power Platform solutions.
·        Follow Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices for Power Platform development.
·        Provide technical documentation and training for end-users and business stakeholders.

Qualifications
·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
·        4+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365 development.
·        Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
·        Experience in Microsoft Fabric for data unification and real-time analytics.
·        Hands-on experience with Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Data Services, DevOps).
·        Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business users and technical teams.
·        Familiarity with AI-powered automation and analytics solutions is a plus.
