Qualification: B.E/M.Tech in Mechanical
Total experience: 6-10 years, BE (Engineering)
- Virtual Analysis (VA): Execute interference and clash analysis, Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis , Validate clearance and gap analysis for moving parts, Evaluate mounting schemes, fastener strategies, and locator points,
- Virtual Build (VB): Simulate digital mock-up (DMU) reviews, Perform tool accessibility and reachability checks for human and robotic operations, Identify and resolve build-related issues before physical trials,
- good experience on ECR creation and release, Good in SPS (supplier problem statement) handling
- Work closely with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams, Participate in DFMEA, DFA/DFM reviews, and design validation gates.
- Tools: Use advanced CAD and PLM software like CATIA V5/V6, Siemens NX, Creo, Teamcenter, or Windchill, Maintain project documentation, issue trackers, and VA/VB audit logs.
