Job Title: Support Engineer – Electron JS | Angular | Java

Summary:

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Support Engineers with expertise in Electron JS, Angular, and Java to join our technical support team. You will diagnose, resolve, and escalate technical issues for desktop (Electron) and web-based (Angular/Java) applications. This role blends development knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L2.5 application support for software solutions built using Electron JS, Angular, and Java.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement short-term and long-term resolutions.
• Monitor application performance and logs, responding to incidents within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Develop support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Clearly communicate with clients or internal users to understand and address issue reports.
• Participate in on-call rotation or provide after-hours support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-14 years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or application maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in Electron JS, Angular, and Java.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Experience working within defined SLAs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
