Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Contractor with a strong focus on Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leveraging AI technologies to create innovative solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of generative models and their applications in software development.

Mandatory Skills:

• Diffusion Model Optimization at scale
• Multi modal alignment
• Fine tuning LLMs with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF)
• Sparse Attention Mechanism Engineering
• Training foundational models from scratch
• Latent space manipulation & controllability in Generative Models

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Demonstrated experience in working with generative AI technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
