Position: IVR Application Testing (MT50ST RM 3470)

Job Description:
BE in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field

• Strong understanding of IVR Application Testing, IVR Performance Testing, Outbound Testing
• Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in Postman, Rest Assured, SoapUI, or similar API testing tools.
• Experience with API automation using Java.
• Familiarity with SQL for database validation.
• Knowledge of API documentation tools like Swagger.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
• Create test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
• Expert in APIs security standards by testing authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to enhance product quality.
• Hands on experience in UI automation using selenium.
• Strong understanding of BDD cucumber frameworks
