Key Responsibilities:
1. Cloud Assessment and Strategy:
– Conduct cloud readiness assessments and develop cloud strategies for clients.
– Identify opportunities for cloud adoption and migration and selection of implementation scopes and business process
2. Cloudalm Implementation:
– Design and implement Cloudalm solutions for clients.
– Configure and customize Cloudalm workflows, dashboards, and reports.
3. Client Engagement:
– Work closely with clients to understand their cloud needs and deliver solutions.
– Provide training and support to clients on Cloudalm platform.
Required Skills:
1. ServiceNow Cloudalm: Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow Cloudalm platform.
2. Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
3. IT Service Management: Understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
4. Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
