Position: Data Engineer with Snowflake and TimeXtender (RF58ST RM 3565)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an Offshore-based skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer to provide Business-As-Usual (BAU) support for our Central Data Repository (CDR). The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of the repository, supporting data integrity, performance, and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the Central Data Repository to ensure consistent availability and performance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline and overall data issues
• Perform routine data quality checks, validations, and integrity assessments.
• Manage data ingestion, transformation, and integration processes across multiple sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address data access and reporting needs.
• Implement optimizations to improve storage efficiency and query performance.
• Document processes, issue resolutions, and system changes to ensure knowledge continuity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Four-plus (4+) years of data management and data integration experience
• Four-plus (4+) years of experience with SQL in a Relational Database Environment (Microsoft SQL preferred) with ability to code medium complexity SQL.
• Proficiency in SQL and data pipeline tools.
• Experience in Data Warehouse is a must.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud services a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
