Position: ML Engineer (CB35FT RM 3693)

Work mode : Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for large-scale structured and unstructured
  datasets
• Apply ML/DL techniques for:
• Customer segmentation
• Anomaly detection
• Sales forecasting and pattern analysis
• Recommendation engines
• Fine-tune and deploy machine learning models in production using best practices
• Design, prompt, and integrate LLM-based modules for tasks like summarization, Q&A, and
  code generation
• Work on multi-modal LLM tasks involving text, image (CV), and speech (ASR/TTS)
• Develop and expose ML APIs using FastAPI/Docker for integration with other systems
• Monitor model performance and retrain/update models as required
• Collaborate with frontend/backend developers, data teams, and product managers

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ML/Data Science/Data Engineering roles
• Min 2 years hands on experience in Microsoft SQL (T-SQL) Coding, SPOC, Complex SQL Joins,
  Data Modelling
• Proficient in Python, including libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience in deploying ML models using FastAPI, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, ETL, and feature engineering
• Experience with deep learning and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, HuggingFace, LLaMA, etc.)
• Practical experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
• Familiarity with multi-modal learning, Computer Vision (e.g., OpenCV, YOLO, CLIP), and Speech
  AI (e.g., Whisper, TTS engines)
• Strong understanding of ML lifecycle: training, evaluation, monitoring, deployment
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) is a plus
• Ability to write clean, modular, production-grade code
