About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Engineer with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team in Pune. The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence, mentor junior engineers, lead project delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, testing, and delivery of engineering projects
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and development teams
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, mentorship and code reviews
• Ensure quality standards, performance benchmarks, and best practices
• Identify risks and roadblocks early and propose mitigation plans
• Drive continuous improvement and engineering innovation
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on priorities and delivery timelines
• Contribute to documentation, process standards, and release planning

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in engineering roles
• Strong technical background in relevant domain (software/embedded/cloud/mechanical/automation)
• Solid understanding of SDLC and engineering best practices
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code or technical solutions
• Experience with technical leadership or mentoring responsibilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical, or equivalent)
• Experience in leading small teams or project modules
• Exposure to cross-domain technologies and architecture patterns
• Industry certifications relevant to domain (AWS, Azure, Scrum, PMP, etc.)
