Retail Vegetable delivery is a small family-run business with the idea of offering hassle-free shopping for fresh vegetables, fruits, and unique seasonal/festive products. Being frontline healthcare professionals, we, as a family, have always focused on eating healthy, fresh vegetables, fruits, and other natural food products to keep fit.
The team had done the MVP with a google form and Facebook. However, as the team had a sizable base, it wasn't easy to keep track of the requests and fulfill them.

Product Definition – Ability to configure the vegetable box and other products with business rules defined. Ability to change and configure the products every other week or season based on availability, demand, and freshness
The online E-commerce portal has helped the business scale to multiple cities. It also led to collaboration with other small vendors selling complementary products. As a result, the business is now an autonomous profit making that has gone from 0-60 K pounds within six months of its inception
