Introduction
We are looking for a dedicated Salesforce Functional QA Engineer to join our offshore development team. This mid-level role focuses on ensuring the highest quality for our Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and various custom applications. As a Salesforce Functional QA Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end validation, utilizing a blend of manual testing and automation frameworks to deliver robust, error-free solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Functional Testing: Perform comprehensive functional testing across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to ensure business requirements are met.
• Test Automation: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks to increase testing efficiency.
• Manual Testing: Conduct meticulous manual testing for custom Salesforce applications and complex user workflows.
• Test Management: Utilize test management platforms to document test cases, track defects, and report on quality metrics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers and functional consultants to identify bugs early in the lifecycle and validate fixes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Salesforce QA roles.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce core modules (Sales & Service Clouds).
• Hands-on experience with QA automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, or Copado).
• Proficiency in test management tools like Jira, Zephyr, or Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model and custom object configurations.
