Position: Salesforce FSL Architect (MT1018ST RM 4004)

Job Description:

• Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce FSL solutions to optimize field service operations and mobile workforce management.
• Design and develop advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) for dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Lead Apex development including classes, triggers, and batch jobs to support complex business logic.
• Build and optimize declarative automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and custom adapters.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and technical mentoring for development teams.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and proactively adopt new features to enhance solution capabilities.
• Contribute to the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) by sharing reusable assets and architectural patterns.
