Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Salesforce CPQ to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in technical leadership roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionalities and best practices. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills to guide a team of developers and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of Salesforce CPQ projects, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CPQ features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions and knowledge sharing among team members to enhance skills and capabilities.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, pricing, quoting, and contract management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing project deliverables.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce certifications, particularly in CPQ and related areas.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of integration techniques with other Salesforce products and third party applications.
• Familiarity with data modeling and database management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a focus on Salesforce CPQ.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and team management.
