Position: Associate Consultant – RAN (MT812ST RM 4016)

Job Description

• More than 8 12 years of relevant experience in RF Planning and Optimization.
• In depth understanding and knowledge Planning & Optimization for 5G/LTE/VOLTE Network.
• Hands on Experience on outdoor Planning tool like Atoll and Mentum Planet.
• Experience on Link budget and Model tuning
• Capacity planning and offloading
• Het net Design
• Parameter Planning (PCI, PRACH, TAC)
• Multicarrier design and Analysis for TDD and FDD
• RFDS creation, Antenna Design, RF Specification creation
• Experience with LTE core system interfaces and protocols such as S1 MME, ENB, PGW, SGW, S1 U, S6a, S11, S5/S8, Rx, NAS, S1 AP, RRC, GTPv2c, GTP U.
• Hands on Experience on Drive Test Post processing tools and OSS Platforms with different Vendors.
• Experience on SIP messages or IMS signaling.
• Responsible for all the KPI’s Like Accessibility, Retain ability, Avg LTE User Throughput and HOSR.
• Knowledge of Volte end to end call flow and interfaces from UE to IMS.
• Problem area analysis for areas having poor RSRP, poor SINR, etc. and accordingly suggesting physical optimization.
• Network Parameter audit.
• Understanding of 5G Basics and 5G Radio Access Network.
• Proficiency with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power point strongly preferred.
