Position: Senior QA Engineer – Python, Pytest, GITHUB, MQTT (CE60SF RM 4038)

Education Required : Bachelor’s

Key Responsibilities

• Good verbal and written communication in English Language with an ability to express and understand complex technical concepts
• Drive test plan reviews. Help correct existing coding standards and/or define improves one.
• Develop test automation according to functional and technical design specifications.
• Analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing code fixes for reported problems in test scripts and change requests.
• Participate in technical discussions; propose solutions and alternatives. Interact with Architects and other Sr members of the team to ensure that solution fits with overall architecture.
• Developing proof-of-concept prototypes; Providing work estimates
• Aid developers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems
• Should have can do attitude and initiative to start and complete the assigned activities.

What we are looking for:
Required

• Qualification – B.Tech. or M.Tech. in Computer Science
• Must have experience between 6-8 years in software product testing and automation
• Must be able to perform in an individual contributor role and must be willing to step-up in the role of hands-on technical lead as required.
• Platform: Windows and Linux
• Expert level coding skills in python, pytest, selenium or protractor.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience on Linux platform with excellent hold on Shell scripting.
• Experience and knowledge of GITHUB, Scrum methodology, etc.
• Experience of working with globally distributed teams.

Preferred

• Knowledge of protocols like MQTT, Modbus, OPCUA/DA, BacNet etc.
• Knowledge on Networking protocol
