Position: Digital Market Intelligence Manager (CE80SI RM 4040)

Shift timing : London Hours i.e. India 2nd Shift 2pm to 11pm
Work Mode : Remote
Relevant Experience required : 8+ years
Education Required: Bachelor’s / Masters / PhD : Bachelor’s. MBA is a plus

Location (Remote) : Ahmedabad/ Pune/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Chennai/ Indore/ Noida

Must have skills:
SQL, Azure Databricks, and Power BI
analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and drive recommendations
communication skills

Good to have skills

  • Working knowledge of B2B lead management, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms (Marketo or Eloqua)
  • Experience with Adobe CJA, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics
  • Background in A/B testing, marketing analytics, or customer behaviour analysis
  • Experience in large global companies

  • Self-driven with consistently strong productivity
  • An effective communicator, able to collaborate with senior leadership, technical teams, and non technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with the ability to take initiative
  • Highly accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

Candidate Roles and Responsibilities
Build data products, troubleshoot tracking issues, and conduct deep dive analyses that unlock actionable insights for the business. Responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing data analytics and visualization tools to provide statistical insight for the business – these tools include but are not limited to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Azure Databricks, SQL, and Power BI
  • Owning key business datasets and providing recommendations for action
  • Identifying tracking gaps and partnering with developers and business teams to resolve them
  • Discovering opportunities to enhance data collection and instrumentation
  • Integrating external data sources to enrich digital analytics
  • Delivering recurring reports and supporting ad hoc analysis needs. Be able to turn around projects in a tight timeline.
  • Leading end-to-end analytical projects with long-term impact
  • Staying current with emerging digital analytics tools and methodologies, and advocating for continuous improvement
