Qualifications : B.E. Mechanical/ Production.

Overall responsibilities and duties:

• Should have hands-on experience in Automotive Product/Part Development as STA (Supplier Technical Assistant)/SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer)
• PPAP, APQP Documentation: PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, process capability analysis, Product &
  Process Audit, Layout Inspection, Dimensional report analysis, Inward inspection report analysis, 5S,7QC Tools, G8D, PDCA, Poka-Yoke, Risk Assessments.
• Quality Management Systems processes & documentation: ISO 9000 & IATF 16949
• Rejection & Warranty cost analysis.
• Experience of Quality Audits of OEMs & supplier audits.
• Should have experience in various commodity parts e.g. Sheet Metal, Plastic, Foam, Fabric, Vinyl.
• should be familiar with usage of quality instruments handling
