Position: Plastics Design Engineer (TT310ST RM 4042)

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in mechanical/ automobile/ production/ polymer/Plastic engineering

Experience level:
o Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in mechanical/ automobile/ production/ polymer engineering with prior plastic part design experience of minimum 5 years in CAD Software Catia
o Catia Skills – Part /Solid modeling with good methodology & Part analysis, Surface modelling, Drafting with GD&T, Assembly Drafting, Kinematics
o Automotive Seating industry background
o Prior Complete Seat design experience & tooling knowledge in relevant engineering domains (Seatings, interiors, etc).
o Result-oriented team player with strong communication skills in English language.
o Significant experience on design of Plastic products.

Skills and competencies
o Thorough knowledge in CAD software Catia
o Thorough experience in designing in required domain, i.e. interiors, seatings, exteriors etc.
o Good knowledge of CAD Methodology and best practices.
o Problem solving techniques, self-proposal definition/thinking approach.
o Good in Communication as need to interact with multiple stake holder within Team & with counterpart.
o Able to prepare Presentation with crisp information (quick notes and images with conclusion).
o Able to estimate activity, plan and execute different activities.
o Able to perform tasks with minimum guidance.
