Position: Design Control- Member (PW48FT RM 4136)

Minimum Qualification: BE/Diploma – Electrical and Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation
Location : Katraj / Baner (Pune)

Exposure
Material Handling Conveyor Systems, Robotic Integration Systems, Gantry Systems, Powertrain assembly lines and e mobility projects in consumer electronics industry

Purpose of Job
Controls BOM selection and E Plan electrical drawings

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical architecture preparation as per customer’s standards
• Preparation of electrical drawings for the systems
• System hardware design, Control panel design, component selection of switchgears, relays, arrays and sensors
• Calculations of electrical systems
• Preparation of BOM (Bill of Material)
• Prepare high-level flow chart as per software architecture
• Testing of design system on shop floor if required
• Work on PLCs / CNCs, HMIs, drives, servo, etc. for concept proving as per technical requirements and customer standards
• Knowledge of Fieldbus: Ethernet TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Serial Communication
• Schematic Diagram, Signal Line Diagram, Generation of Terminal Detail
• To follow IMS process, procedures, guidelines, OCP and update department lists and records, Risk & Opportunity, HIRA, aspect-impact, department objectives
• Follow safety rules and regulations
• Follow waste management guidelines and take initiative to conserve natural resources
