Job Description : Electrical Schematic & wiring harness design for trucks & buses.
Tools & Software : Knowledge of the CAD tool Creo parametric & PLM Windchill.
Education : B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech (Electrical)
Key Responsibilities & Core Competencies
- Electrical Schematic & wiring harness design for trucks & buses.
- Connector selection for Low Voltage (LV) wiring harnesses.
- Connector selection for High Voltage (HV) wiring harnesses.
- Routing, clamping, fixation & define insulations of LV cables.
- Routing, clamping, fixation & define insulations of HV cables.
- Technical reviews with all stakeholders.
- Support to part development.
- Schematic, 2d wiring harness design & development.
- Able to solve design problems
- Communication with customers & internal teams for technical discussion.
- Interaction with suppliers.
- Selections of components like fuses, relays, connectors, wires, clips, bundle insulations.
