Position: 1 D simulation (TT35ST RM 4269)

Qualification:
BE/ M.E./B. Tech in Mechanic al / Automobile Engineering from a recognized university

Skills:

• Required 1D system simulation candidate who must have GT Suite simulation experiences in automotive domain.
• Able to do the model building independently for automotive domain.
• He/she must have experience in 1D system simulation and able to provide quick design suggestion to improve the components performances.
• Also, able to do the performance and thermal simulation and must have previous experiences for this type of 1D simulation.
• Must have good skill in the tool like GT suite.

Area of Responsibility:

• This position is responsible for carrying out 1D system simulations.
• He or She is expected to be innovative in the processes execution to enable reduction of efforts required to execute a particular task.
• Good understanding in Fluid mechanics & Thermal engineering
• 1D virtual modelling support for cooling and powertrain simulation in GT suite
• 1D simulation of the automotive powertrain application. And experiences in modelling and simulation for cooling system.
• Vehicle/Powertrain cooling performance analysis and thermal conditions with real time drive or
  preferred Test cycles
• Make decisions or provides supporting analysis on type of testing, arranges for, and conducts tests in the laboratory and/or field, and feature analysis for setting project targets and requirements.

Knowledge / Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in 1d system preferably in automotive application.
• Experience in any of the 1D CFD tools such as GT -Power/GT-Suite
• Should possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
