Education Required : Bachelor’s

Must have skills:

• Enterprise, Cloud, and OT network architectures
• Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, ASA, Firepower (FTD/FMC), and Cisco ISE
• BGP, OSPF, VPN, NAT, VRF, and routing/switching technologies
• AWS networking using VPC, Transit Gateway, Site-to-Site VPN, Client VPN, Route 53, PrivateLink, Security Groups, and Network ACLs
• Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) and secure network segmentation
• Firewall policy design and secure remote access
• Working knowledge of Linux networking and troubleshooting
• Experience with network monitoring and logging tools
• Exposure to OT/ICS environments and IEC 62443 is preferred.
• Familiarity with Python, Ansible, or Terraform is a plus

Job Description
An experienced Network Architect to design, implement, and secure the networking foundation for our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role focuses on enterprise, cloud, and Operational Technology (OT) network architecture, ensuring scalable, resilient, and secure connectivity across global deployments.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise networking, AWS cloud networking, network security, and Zero Trust architecture, with the ability to provide both architectural leadership and hands-on technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and standardize enterprise, cloud, and OT network architectures.
• Develop secure, highly available, and scalable network solutions.
• Architect AWS networking, including VPCs, Transit Gateway, VPNs, routing, and segmentation.
• Design firewall architectures, network segmentation, and secure remote access aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, DevOps, Product Engineering, and Deployment teams to support global solutions.
• Produce architecture documentation, technical standards, and implementation guides.
• Troubleshoot complex networking issues and provide technical leadership throughout project delivery.

Required Skills

• Enterprise Networking
  o Strong experience with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, ASA, Firepower (FTD/FMC), and Cisco ISE.
  o Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VPN, NAT, VRF, and routing/switching technologies.
• Cloud Networking (AWS)
  o Experience designing AWS networking using VPC, Transit Gateway, Site-to-Site VPN, Client VPN, Route 53, PrivateLink, Security Groups, and Network ACLs.
• Network Security
  o Experience implementing Zero Trust architecture.
  o Hands-on experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) and secure network segmentation.
  o Strong understanding of firewall policy design and secure remote access.

Additional Skills

• Working knowledge of Linux networking and troubleshooting.
• Experience with network monitoring and logging tools.
• Exposure to OT/ICS environments and IEC 62443 is preferred.
• Familiarity with Python, Ansible, or Terraform is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise network architecture and cloud networking.
• Experience designing large-scale, highly available enterprise networks.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications

• CCNP or CCIE
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Experience in renewable energy, industrial automation, or critical infrastructure is a plus.
