Job Description:

• Test Marketo forms, landing pages, campaigns, lead capture, and marketing workflows.
• Validate form functionality, field validation, hidden fields, tracking parameters, cookies, and consent behavior.
• Verify lead creation, updates, deduplication, field mapping, lead routing, campaign membership, and data synchronization.
• Test integrations between Marketo, AEM, CRM systems, CMS platforms, APIs, and middleware .
• Validate end-to-end data flow, error handling, retry scenarios, and integration failures.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
• Create and maintain test scenarios, test cases, test data, test plans, and test execution reports.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated UI tests using Playwright or a similar automation framework.
• Perform API testing using Postman or an equivalent tool.
• Analyze test failures and identify whether issues originate in the UI, Marketo, AEM, CRM, API, or integration layer.
• Log, track, prioritize, and retest defects using Jira or a comparable defect-management tool.
• Participate in requirements reviews, sprint planning, release validation, and production smoke testing.
• Collaborate with developers, marketing operations teams, AEM specialists, CRM teams, and business stakeholders.

Experience :

• Overall 6-8 years
• 5–8 years of overall software QA experience
• 2–4 years of experience with Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform
• At least 2 years of experience in UI test automation
• Experience testing integrations with CRM, CMS, or enterprise application
• Hands-on experience testing Marketo, AEM
• Experience testing web applications, forms, workflows, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts and lead-management processes.
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms, or content-managed web applications.
• Experience validating data mapping, API responses, lead routing, and system synchronization.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or a similar automation framework . Playwright experience is preferred.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
