Position: Supplier Program Coordinator – Automotive (TT25ST RM 4401)
Education : Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
Supplier Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers.
- Coordinate and follow up with suppliers on open actions, commitments, and deliverables.
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure timely response and closure of issues.
- Support supplier onboarding administration and documentation.
Program Support
- Track supplier readiness against project timelines and milestones.
- Follow up on sample submissions, development parts, tooling status, and production readiness.
- Coordinate between suppliers and internal teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Program Management.
- Escalate supply risks and delays impacting project schedules.
Delivery & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor supplier delivery commitments and track open shortages.
- Maintain supplier action trackers and progress reports.
- Support supplier performance reviews and corrective action follow-up.
- Ensure timely closure of supplier-related concerns.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain supplier databases, records, and status reports.
- Prepare supplier meeting minutes and action item trackers.
- Generate periodic reports on supplier performance, open issues, and project status.
- Support audits and compliance documentation activities.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in supplier management, supplier coordination, program support, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
- Automotive industry experience preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong supplier coordination and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and commodities simultaneously
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes is preferred
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
