Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 12+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka, IBM MQ, and modern front-end technologies. The role requires hands-on development, technical leadership, architecture contribution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications and microservices.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural recommendations.
• Develop REST APIs and event-driven services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build highly scalable and secure applications using microservices architecture.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular or React.
• Implement asynchronous messaging solutions using Kafka and IBM MQ.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications on Kubernetes.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor development teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and production issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to define technical solutions

• Experience in cloud deployments and DevOps practices.

• Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Distributed Systems and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Experience with API Gateway solutions (Apigee, Kong, AWS API Gateway).
• Knowledge of Service Mesh technologies such as Istio.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools:
