Lightings (TT35ST RM 4508)

Position: Lightings (TT35ST RM 4508)

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop automotive lighting components, including Head Lamps, Rear Lamps, Tail Lamps, and Signal Lamps.
• Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA V5.
• Develop component and assembly designs considering manufacturing, packaging, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and ensure design feasibility.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including styling, CAE, manufacturing, suppliers, and validation teams.
• Support design reviews, engineering change management, and release activities.
• Ensure compliance with automotive lighting standards and customer requirements

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Automotive Lighting Design.
• Strong hands-on experience in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly, Drafting, GSD).
• Experience in Head Lamp and Rear Lamp design and development.
• Knowledge of plastic components, tooling feasibility, GD&T, and DFMEA.
• Understanding of automotive product development lifecycle.
• Exposure to OEM/Tier-1 projects is preferred
