Position: Order Management Specialist (MT50T RM 3132)
Mandator : SAP exp with direct material procurement.
Job Summary: The Order Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong background in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Min of 5 years experience in Production, Planning & Control (PPC) – preferably from Semicon equipment industry or capital equipment industry
- Must have hands on experience in SAP and processing work orders
- Serve as the primary point of contact with respective stakeholders regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise.
- Accurately enter and process customer orders in the system, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and manage stock levels to meet customer demands.
- Work closely with the logistics team to arrange shipping and delivery of pending orders and any discrepancies in stocks.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders and shipment status.
- Address and resolve any order-related issues, including delays, discrepancies, and returns, in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to streamline order management processes and improve overall efficiency.
