Position: Agentic AI Engineer (AQ30FT RM 3976)

Role Overview —
We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to build intelligent, autonomous agents using modern LLM frameworks and retrieval systems to automate complex business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop LLM-based agentic workflows for end-to-end automation
• Implement and manage RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with agent-based decision making
• Build multi-step workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
• Develop robust prompt engineering strategies for accuracy and consistency
• Handle context management for long-running and multi-turn conversations
• Integrate LLM solutions with backend services and data sources
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI features

Mandatory Skills:

• 3–4 years of Python development experience
• Hands-on experience with LangChain
• Practical exposure to LangGraph or agent-based workflow orchestration
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering
• Experience with Context Management in LLM applications
• Knowledge of Agentic RAG architectures
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and backend integration

Good to Have:

• Experience with product-based AI platforms
• Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Understanding of AI model limitations, evaluation, and monitoring
