Shift timing : IST (with MT overlap)
Education Required: Bachelor’s / Masters / PhD

Must have skill:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong process design and documentation experience.
• Exposure to hyperorchestration or process automation
• Tools like Visio, Lucidchart.
• Excellent documentation and business requirement writing skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability
• Effective communication, especially translating technical content for business users.
• Experience working across multi-regional, cross-functional teams.
• Organizational and multitasking skills

Good to have skill:

• Experience in customer onboarding domains.
• Hyperorchestration platforms and RPA tools
• Agile methodology and project management tool exposure.
• Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, Lean Six Sigma.
• Understanding of APAC regulatory landscape and cultural nuances

Candidate Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and optimize APAC onboarding processes.
• Document business and technical requirements.
• Map current vs. future workflows for automation.
• Collaborate with regional and technical teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead workshops and gather requirements.

• Define KPIs for onboarding effectiveness.
• Support implementation, testing, and change management.
