Position: CAE – Junior Engineer (ANSA+ABAQUS) (TT13ST RM 4297)

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s in mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in automotive durability CAE domain.
• Should have minimum 2000 Hours work experience in CAE Pre-Post & solver using ANSA / NASTRAN / ABAQUS / META is must.
• Strong focus on model building (Sheet metal, plastic, hex/tet mesh & connections, assemblies, contacts).
• Basic knowledge of BIW/TBIW durability CAE models.
• Good fundamentals in durability concepts, FEA, and physics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and validate durability CAE models for ICE & EV powertrain systems.
• Perform basic analyses: Modal analysis, 1G Static load cases.
• Conduct FE model quality checks and ensure correctness of model setup.
• Debug CAE models and prepare standard reports.
• Follow client-specific methods and best practices.

Core Skills

• Essential: Automotive modelling, ANSA model building, solver basics (Abaqus), META post-processing.
• Desirable: Exposure to NVH & Durability domain, FE mesh modifications.
• Software: ANSA, META, NASTRAN, ABAQUS, CATIA.
• Relationship Skills: Clear communication, quick learning.
