We are hiring enthusiastic freshers and experienced candidates for multiple voice-based roles in leading banking processes — including inbound customer support, reminder calling, and outbound sales. Open Processes
BOI – Inbound & Reminder Calling (Versant 3)
Handle inbound banking queries from customers
Make outbound reminder calls for payments, updates, or services
IDFC First Bank – Sales (X-Sell) (Versant 3/4)
Promote products like Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Current/Savings Accounts
Yes Bank – Sales (Versant 3)
Promote and explain products such as YCOP, CVM, RL (Retail Liabilities)

Key Responsibilities
Attend inbound calls and resolve customer queries
Conduct outbound sales calls to promote banking product
Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records
Achieve daily/monthly targets (for sales processes)
Follow process guidelines and ensure compliance with banking standards
Deliver excellent customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving

Eligibility Criteria
Education: HSC or Graduation (Graduates preferred for BOI)
Experience: Freshers welcome; experience in voice processes or banking sales is an advantage

Skills:
Good English-speaking skills
Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset
Ability to clear Versant Level 3 or 4 assessment
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Shifts & Week Offs
BOI: Rotational shifts & rotational week offs
IDFC & Yes Bank: Fixed day shifts (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or sales window) & Sunday off
