Position: Data Analyst/Scientist (XC23ST RM 3985)

What you’ll Do:
We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join the team at Delhi location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete data science lifecycle, from data collection and cleaning to model development and deployment. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions that enable informed decision-making. Using advanced analysis techniques and programming skills, you will uncover insights that drive business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and gather relevant datasets from open and proprietary sources.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to curate datasets from both static and dynamic data sources.
• Utilize various data collection techniques, such as API-based data extraction.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of all data science deliverables.
• Communicate findings effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data science.

Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in executing data science projects and delivering 1-2 data science products/solutions.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and proficiency in Python, SQL, and MS Excel.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and statistical/machine learning models.
• Ability to build well-structured, testable, and maintainable solutions.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to geospatial data analysis and spatial data science.
• Experience with geospatial database systems (e.g., PostGIS).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying models on them.
• Experience with CI/CD processes for product deployment.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards on PowerBI or Tableau.
