Education Required: Bachelor’s / Masters / PhD: B.E Computers, MCA is preferrable
Work Mode: Work from Office( 5 Days)

Job Discription:
The Data engineer with experience in Power BI would need to have at least 5 years of experience. This Candidate will help work on a wide range of analytics, business intelligence, data warehouse initiatives designed to support data-driven business strategies. He will be primarily responsible for implementing ETL processes and developing stored procedures and along with building reports using Power BI.

Must have Skills: Power BI, ETL, Azure data factory, SQL (stored procedures)

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Should possess very good communication with strong business and data analysis skills
2. Develop, fine tune, automate and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data factory and SQL server stored procedures
3. Develop ETL solutions using data integration tools for interfacing between source application and the Enterprise Data Warehouse
4. Document ETL data mappings, data dictionaries, processes, programs, and solutions as per established standards for data governance
5. Integrate ETL development with existing projects to maximize object reuse
6. Create, execute, and document unit test plans for ETL and data integration processes and programs
7. Work with the peers in data team to assess and troubleshoot potential data quality issues at key intake points such as validating control totals at intake.
8. Troubleshoot data issues and defects to determine root cause
9. Performance tuning of the ETL process and SQL queries, and recommend and implement ETL and query tuning techniques
10. Develop and create transformation queries, views, and stored procedures for ETL processes, and process automations
11. Should be well-versed in the design and development of ETL and database developments for a large data warehouse
12. Should be able to work collaboratively with other team members, as well as users for operational support
13. Hands-on experience with thorough knowledge of semantic modeling and advanced visualization development using Power BI
14. Excellent skills in writing DAX and Power Queries
15. Experience in creating dashboards, storyboards, scorecards, KPIs, volume reports, operating summaries, and presentations
16. A deep understanding of, and ability to use and explain all aspects of, relational database design, multidimensional database design, OLAP
