Position: Data Integration Test Engineer (SAS Viya & Snowflake) (TUR37FT RM 3993)

Introduction
We are seeking a detail-oriented SAS Viya Data Integration Tester to join our technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for validating complex system and data integrations between SAS Viya (a vendor cloud-based solution) and various upstream and downstream systems. The primary focus of this position is ensuring that data flows between SAS Viya and Snowflake are seamless, complete, and highly accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Testing: Lead the testing efforts for system and data integrations involving SAS Viya and Snowflake.
• Test Case Development: Design and develop comprehensive test use cases specifically tailored to validate data integrity and integration logic.
• System Validation: Perform end-to-end testing of upstream and downstream data pipelines to ensure no data loss or corruption.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data architects and developers to identify, document, and resolve integration discrepancies.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all cloud-based solution components meet functional and performance requirements regarding data movement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in testing cloud-based solutions, specifically SAS Viya.
• Strong proficiency in Snowflake data environments and SQL.
• Expertise in developing test strategies for complex ETL and data integration projects.
• Deep understanding of upstream and downstream data flow architecture.
• Ability to translate technical integration requirements into executable test scenarios.
