Job Description:
- Position required hands-on experience in scan insertion using Fusion compiler,
- good knowledge and experience on SSN based ATPG, EDT, OCC etc.
- Also should have experience on repair and fault simulation for Memories using MBIST.
- Should have experience on test-bench coding and verification of various abstractions (RTL, Netlist with SDF etc).
