Position: Digital Lead Management Consultant (CE40SI RM 4084)

Shift timing : India 2nd Shift 2pm to 11pm
Work Mode : Work From office (Hybrid with Split working hours)
Experience Level : 4+ years of digital, Digital Lead Management
Relevant Experience required : 4+ years
Education Required : Bachelor’s

Must have skills:
Lead management and sales enablement process, tools and capabilities
Working knowledge of B2B marketing management
Functional proficiency in and experience with marketing/sales enablement tools (Eloqua or Salesforce)
Demonstrated experience working cross functionally with business and technical teams
Demonstrated Collaboration and Communication skills

Good to have skills:

• Working knowledge of B2B lead management
• Strong proficiency in enablement tools (Eloqua or Salesforce)
• Exposure in Lead data normalization
• Working experience in large global companies

• An effective communicator, able to collaborate with senior leadership, technical teams, and non technical stakeholders

Organize, enrich, and prepare data from internal and external sources for import into Eloqua & Salesforce

• Prepare datasets using data import templates and partner with other teams to address unique data considerations – for tools include but not limited to using Salesforce and PowerBI
• Support regional partners to ensure program response data is imported promptly
• Create regional Lead reports to track progress to business goals
• Transpose Lead response and Sales follow-up data into Supplier templates for business review
• Work with Marketing teams to generate Lead reports
• Generate and Manage marketing campaign using tools like Salesforce
• Staying current with emerging digital analytics tools and methodologies, and advocating for continuous improvement
