Position: End to End HR recruitment (GRL20ST RM 4021)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented End to End HR Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. This is a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will have a technical graduation in fields such as BE, MCA, MCS, BCS, MSc, or BSc, with a passion for recruiting and a strong understanding of the technical landscape. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for our growing organization. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
• Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for various technical roles, including software engineers, hardware engineers, embedded systems specialists, and other related positions.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to build a strong pipeline of technical talent.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements.
• Recruitment Process Management:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process.

ATS Management:
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate profiles, track recruitment metrics, and maintain an organized database of potential candidates.
• Ensure that the ATS is updated with accurate and complete candidate information, and generate reports as needed.

Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and professional interactions throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed during the hiring process.
• Market Research & Talent Acquisition Strategy:
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
• Provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and market trends to improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications:
Education: Graduate with BE, MCA, MCS, BCS, MSc, or BSc degree in a technical field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the technology or engineering sectors.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, including software development, hardware engineering, and related fields.
ATS Experience: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage and track candidates is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a remote team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges in the recruitment process and develop creative solutions to overcome them.
