• Expertise in manufacturing engineering design
• Thorough knowledge in Fixture Design, Lifting Tackles, Gauges, Jigs, and Material Handling Equipment
  Assembly fixture design & manufacturing processes (Develop Concept /3D Finish /Detailing /BOM & Documentation.)
• Hands-on experience in Design Coordination and knowledge of assemble processes and ergonomic study
• Exposure to sheet metal, standard parts viz, toggle clamps, flipper, etc
• Should be able to do all design calculations like Loads, Clamps, Mechanisms, calculations to select required purchase parts to verify design integrity.
• Knowledge of global ergonomic standards.
• Prior experience in Production, Assembly.
• Good knowledge of GD&T, Manufacturing processes and tooling materials.
• Should be aware of global manufacturing technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Tools & Software
Proficiency in AutoCAD, ProE / Creo, Microsoft Office Suit, Power BI, Macro, FlowPlanner, VisTableHands on experience in Solid Edge -2025
