Position: Gearbox Shift system & Synchro (TT610ST RM 4250)

Note – Candidate should be from automotive domain and Design background.

Design (3D, 2D, materials)

• Integration:
  project meetings, change management, FMEA, requirements management, interface definition
• Drawings:
  Create and update drawings for change management and new design
• Calculation & Simulation:
  Calculations performed by component engineers
• Plant & Supplier:
  collaboration in terms of manufacturing process and deviations, quality and robustness

Competences & skills

• modify drawings according to instructions
• derive drawings from existing designs in CAD.
• Create and implement design concepts in CAD
• deep and comprehensive understanding of the function of synchronizer and shifting system in terms of
  specification, manufacturing and assembly details. Example of a work items: deviation, quality, robustness, …
• perform calculations related to strength, fatigue, robustness and tolerance analysis

• Catia
• MS-Office, Excel, PPT
• Simulation tool for strength calculation (TBD)
