Candidate Roles and Responsibilities:
2.1 Functional role
2.1.1 Objectives:

• Support development and maintenance of SAP ECC and CRM
• Ensure configuration quality and compliance following the project/team standards and following the SAP recommendations
• Work together with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and efficient solutions

2.1.2 Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions to meet the requirements while following the standard SAP
• Create functional documentation in the Customer team wiki space
• Perform and document the results of tests and analyses performed
• Final review before moving changes into production and charm approval
• Provide production support and issue resolution
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve and troubleshoot issues in production

2.1.3 Deliverables:

• Create process, functional and solution design documents under the team Customer wiki space
• Ensure training, business support and hypercare
• End to end tests user acceptance test and test scripts
• Solution design review with stakeholders
• analysis documentation following the team agreements under Customer wiki space
