Position: HMI – Android application Development (TT58ST RM 4056)

Interview- L1, L2 – Both Virtual
5 days- work from office.

Overall responsibilities and duties:
Full Software development life cycle of Android projects in JAVA/Kotlin. Core competency in Automotive embedded software development.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum education level:
o Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science.
Experience:
o Master/Bachelor of engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science with prior experience of minimum 2-3 years in Automotive Software Development on Android (AOSP/AAOS) in JAVA/Kotlin and Overall experience should be 5 to 8 years
o Experience on Android HMI development for building system and user apps.

Skills and competencies:
o Good understanding of Android architecture and framework
o Experience in Application development for Android (JAVA/Kotlin development, Android studio, Jetpack compose)
o Good knowledge in HMI wireframing/prototyping for Android (Figma)
o Good understanding of continuous build using Jenkins, Linux tools.
o Experience in integration and validation methodologies.
o Experience with requirement management, revision control, issue-tracking, review tools IBM Doors/IBM RTC(EWM)/IBM rhapsody/JIRA/GITLab/GERRIT etc.
o Experience of working in SCRUM team in Agile methodology.
o Support to Junior Developers
o Problem solving techniques & capability.
o Strong debugging and log analysis skills
