Job Description

• BMC Helix hands on Exp for couple of years.
• BMC Helix installation exp on new Hardware or cloud.
• Exp in BMC Helix Integration with different platform
• Remedy ITSM expertise could be added advantage

MUST : Remedy ITSM Developer with upgrade experience. BMC remedy Upgrade

DESIRED :

• Should be able to understand customer requirements & provide solutions in ITSM module.
• Development in ITSM ‿ IM, CM, PM modules as per project requirements Development ‿ Web service integration Unit testing
• E2E integration testing support of developed functionalities
• Support the deployment process, including sanity testing
• Defect resolution Knowledge of SOAP UI,
• Unix is desirable Experience in ITSM upgrade projects is added advantage
