Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive integrated marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals and market opportunities.
  • Implement best-practice of media, creatives, and campaign execution to maximize ROI.
  • Develop campaign calendars, channel mix, and messaging architecture to support brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement objectives globally.
  • Collaborate and shape the communications and marketing across digital, social, events, print, and other media platforms.
  • Drive innovation by adopting emerging marketing technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive alignment and execution excellence.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Product and Segment Marketing through recurring alignment meetings and co-development of marketing strategies.

Integrated Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and orchestrate multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand voice and unified customer journeys.
  • Oversee campaign tactic prioritization, sequencing, and project management to meet deadlines and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, performance and operations, to ensure alignment and support lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Apply customer insights, personas, and market data to refine targeting and segmentation strategies.
  • Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance across channels, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Establish and build reports frameworks for tracking marketing effectiveness and ROI across channel campaigns.
  • Interpret analytics and performance data to optimize marketing spend and channel strategies.
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

What we are looking for

  • Experience: 10+ years in marketing with the proven experience in integrated marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing including digital, social, content, events, email, and traditional media. Godo working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and ABM (Account Based Marketing).
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance. Strong business acumen and ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
  • Communication: Ability to influence and collaborate across international and matrix teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability & Innovation: Comfortable working in ambiguity, adaptable to changing priorities, and passionate about leveraging new marketing technologies and digital tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, components, or related fields is a plus. Understanding of marketing attribution models and customer journey mapping.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline; Master’s degree is a strong plus.
  • Open to working across time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a global organization with cross-cultural team.
  • Advanced knowledge of channel strategy, digital marketing landscape, and marketing technology best practices.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and messaging architecture skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage budgets, vendor relationships, and external agencies.
  • Positive attitude, strategic problem-solving skills, and a proactive “see it/own it/do it” mindset.
