Education Required : Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

Must have skills:
Core Java (8+), Spring Boot / Spring Framework, RESTful API / Microservices, AWS Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB), MySQL/ DynamoDB, Git / Version Control, CloudWatch Monitoring

Good to have skills:
CloudWatch Advanced Monitoring, Code Quality Tools (SonarQube), API Security (OAuth2, JWT, Cognito)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Java AWS Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java development, AWS cloud services, microservices, and DevOps concepts. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications in a cloud-native environment.

Must Have Skills:
Core Java / Backend

• Strong communication skills and should be able to articulate response in a proper way
• Hands on experience with Python 3.X & AWS Lambda service.
• Experience with event-driven architecture, including at least one message broker, preferably Kafka.
• Hands on experience with AWS CDK.
• Familiarity with code quality tool such as SonarQube
• Basic knowledge of the MQTT protocol / IOTC
• Core Java (8+, 17): Intermediate to Expert
• Spring Boot / Spring Framework: Intermediate to Expert
• RESTful API / Microservices: Intermediate to Expert
• AWS Services (AWS IoT, EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB): Intermediate to Expert
• MySQL/ DynamoDB: Intermediate to Expert
• Git / Version Control: Intermediate to Expert

Cloud (AWS)

• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as:
  o EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB
  o API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM
• Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS

Database

• Strong knowledge of MySQL
• Exposure to NoSQL (DynamoDB)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of serverless architecture
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Keebana)
