Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lab technician to join the Automotive System Power Business Division in the Power Product Group. The successful candidate will work on supporting engineering teams in the setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of laboratory equipment and bench test setups.
Essential Functions
- Experience with PCB assembly, soldering, and rework.
- Setup, configure and maintain electronic test benches and laboratory equipment.
- Laboratory procurement and inventory management.
- Typical Equipment Experience
o Soldering/Rework Stations
o Oscilloscopes (Keysight, Tektronix, Rohde & Schwarz)
o Precision DMMs (Fluke, Keysight, Keithley)
o SMUs - Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Good knowledge of laboratory safety and ESD practices.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and service records.
